EXCHANGES & RETURNS:

Unless specified in the listing, you may return any new, unworn shoes in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery receipt for exchange or refund. This means the shoes must be received back to our facility within 30 days of the order being delivered to you. Shoes must be in their original condition and packaging with no signs of wear.  We advise our customers to try on shoes on carpeted areas to prevent accidental damage.  If shoes are returned with signs of wear (e.g., scuff marks, toe stains, sole indentations, etc.), we will not be able to process the exchange / return. Items offered at 30% or more discount are final sale and eligible for exchange or store credit only. These items are identified in the product listings.

Fill out the return form that is enclosed in your package and head over to our return portal. Please include the return form and packing slip inside the package so that we can accurately process your exchange / return. Please allow 2-3 weeks for exchanges and returns to be processed after you have sent the item back, in many cases, you will receive a refund more quickly.  It may take longer for international orders due to shipping time. We will notify you via email of your refund or exchange tracking number once we've received and processed the item. We can only perform exchanges for a different size of the same style. If you prefer a different style, please send your order back as a return and place a new order for the shoes you want.

Bella Belle si riserva il diritto di rifiutare qualsiasi scambio o restituzione che non soddisfi le nostre condizioni. Le scarpe rifiutate saranno rispedite all'indirizzo postale registrato. Effettuando un acquisto, accetti di rispettare le politiche del nostro negozio.

 

HOW TO SEND: 

For US customers, we offer free standard shipping to ship the exchange to you. Return shipping costs are not included. You can purchase a USPS shipping label through our return portal, or use your preferred shipping method. International customers are responsible for all shipping costs, including shipping the exchange shoes to you. We'll cover the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item). If you received an item you believe is defective, please email us at contact@bellabelleshoes.com with a photo of the shoes so that we can assist you further.

 

TASSE DI RIPOPOLAMENTO

Returns of 3 or more items are subject to a restocking fee of $12/pair. Purchases made using our store gift card / gift certificates are only eligible for exchange of equal value.

 

TASSE DOGANALI

I clienti internazionali possono essere soggetti a tasse doganali. Bella Belle non fa pagare le tasse, il vostro paese potrebbe imporre ulteriori dazi e tasse durante la consegna. Se si effettua un reso, si prega di contattare l'ufficio doganale del proprio paese per il rimborso delle tasse in seguito. Se si rifiuta di pagare le tasse doganali, il pacchetto può essere abbandonato e diventare irrecuperabile. I pacchi rifiutati e abbandonati non possono essere scambiati o restituiti. I resi possono essere accettati solo seguendo le istruzioni sul modulo di reso.
