SHIPPING

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose.  Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates are weight-based.  The weight of any item can be found on its detail page.  To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

For guideline, here are the estimated rates and delivery time (from shipping date) for your reference.  This rate might change without notice, depending on USPS rates schedule.

Bella Belle is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages so please be sure your address is a valid and secure address.  Please note the rate above is an estimate, based on weight for 1 pair of shoes and may change without notice.


DOMESTIC ORDERS (WITHIN THE UNITED STATES)

Unless otherwise noted, we ship our items within 2-5 business days of cleared payment during business days.  Domestic orders will be shipped with tracking numbers and delivery confirmation but without insurance.  If you require insurance or need any other help, please contact us at sales@bellabelleshoes.com. 

Expedited Shipping:  We offer expedited shipping via USPS Priority Express Mail.  Please allow at least 1 day of handling, and 2 days of transit for your package to reach your destination.  

 


INTERNATIONAL ORDERS (INCLUDES CANADA)

We can ship to virtually any address in the world.  Note that there are restrictions in some countries, and some footwear cannot be shipped to international destinations.  Unless otherwise noted, we ship our items within 48 hours of cleared payment during business days.

CUSTOMS FEES

Depending on your countries, some packages may be subjected to additional customs fees which the buyers are responsible for. Please be reminded we are not responsible for any additional customs charges that your package may be subjected to. Therefore, we encourage you to check your country import fees regulations. The shipping charges of your purchase only covers the postage cost; IT DOES NOT COVER ANY ADDITIONAL CUSTOMS DUTY. We do not mark our items as gifts so we kindly ask buyers not to request this from us.    

 

RETURNS:

Customers within the United States and Canada:

Unless specified in the listing, you may return new, unworn shoes in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase for exchange or a full refund minus original shipping fee Bella Belle LLC has incurred.  This means the shoes must be received by us within 30 days after purchase.  Shoes must be in their original condition and packaging with no signs of wear.  We advise our customers to try on shoes on carpeted area to prevent scuffing.  If shoes are returned with scuff marks, signs of wear, toe marks, we will not be able to process the return / exchange.  Customers are responsible for all exchange and return postage fees.  We'll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).  All custom items are final sale.  Items offered at 30% or more discount are final.  

Customers outside the United States and Canada

You may return new, unworn shoes for store credit or exchange only.  Shoes must be in their original condition and packaging with no signs of wear.  We advise our customers to try on shoes on carpeted area to prevent scuffing. If shoes are returned with scuff marks, signs of wear, toe marks, we will not be able to process the return / exchange. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper.  However, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.  This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
