How do I return/exchange?

Please complete the return/exchange form that was included in your package, and send the unworn shoes back to the address listed on the form. Returns must be received within 30 days of purchase. We do not provide return labels at this time. We recommend USPS Priority as it is cost-effective and fast.

International orders and certain styles (Annalise/Layla/Mariposa) are not eligible for return. They are eligible for exchange or store credit only.

I’m a photographer/stylist with an editorial project

Please shoot us an email that includes moodboards, list of participants, and date/location. We have a limited number of samples, so we may not be able to participate in every photoshoot request.

*Please note that we do not allow shoes to be worn outdoors or on rough terrain.
