For pre-orders, please allow up to 6 weeks for shipping. If you purchased any pre-order shoes as indicated on the product page, your entire order will ship out in about 6 weeks.
Do you allow returns or exchanges on Black Friday Wedding Shoe Sale Items?
Wedding shoe sale clearance items which are already marked down before the Black Friday promo is applied are exchange-only and not eligible for return as indicated on return policy. These shoes will be 40% off from the original price.
Regular price shoes with the 20% Black Friday shoe deal added are returnable and exchangeable within 30 days of delivery receipt. Your Black Friday/Cyber Monday discount will be applied to any exchanges. For more information, please see our full return policy.
