How do I determine what size to order?
Getting you the right fit is important to us. Bella Belle shoes come in US sizing. Each style's fit is listed on its product description section. If an item is stated as true to size, order your usual dress shoe size. If an item is larger than marked, please size down. If your feet are wide, we suggest going up half a size for comfort. The styles made from mesh are more flexible and can accommodate wider feet.
If something does not fit right, we will be happy to exchange the unworn shoes for a different size.

Can I order based on my shoe or foot measurements?
Based on many years of recommending sizing to our fabulous ladies, we usually do not recommend going by the shoe or foot measurements. First, everyone's method of measurement may be different, resulting in different results. Second, each shoe is made with different shoe last and silhouette, and will have different measurements based on the front part of the shoes. Third, everyone's feet have different 'fullness' to them, so the same shoe may fit differently on different feet. We strongly recommend going by your usual dress shoe size, and refer to the size fitting recommendation on each product page. For our lovely international customers, please refer to the Size Chart on the first question above, or on each product page.
I am in between sizes. Which size should I get?
If you are in between sizes or have wider feet, we would recommend going half a size up for comfort. You may wish to purchase heel liners for a perfect fit. Everyone's feet are as unique as our personalities, but there are ways to ensure you are happy with the fit. Getting you the right fit is very important to us. If something does not fit right, we will be happy to exchange the unworn shoes for a different size.
Any recommendations for shoes for wider feet?
The shoes with mesh materials will have more give, and therefore, may accommodate wider feet.

When should I get my shoes?
It is ideal to order at least 1 month before your first dress fitting. This way you will have plenty of time for exchanges if needed. Further, you can relax and save yourself from waiting on the edge of your seat for the delivery the day before your fitting!

Are the shoes comfortable?
Yes! The 2 words that many of our stylish customers often use to describe our shoes are "Stunning" and "Comfortable". So yeah, we are pretty obsessed with comfort. Even would go as far as to say that our shoes are engineered for comfort. First, we put a lot of thought in our design process to create a style that is comfortable for you. Further, all of our styles have extra padding for all day comfort. Our mesh styles are also more comfortable for wide feet as the material has more give. What is your size range?
Generally, our shoe size ranges from 5-10 US size. There are some styles that start at size 6 US, and some up to size 11 US. Unfortunately, we do not offer sizes below 5 or above 11 US. Please consult the product detail page for the sizes offered in the style you are interested in. When in doubt, please email us at email@example.com.
Do you offer customization?
Unfortunately not at the moment, but we might do so in the future.
Can I change the heel height?
Unfortunately no. However, we do offer some styles in different heel heights. If you don’t see anything that you are looking for, please drop us an email to express interest. We love listening to your feedback and may offer your desired heel height if there is enough interest. :)
My size is showing as out-of-stock. I must have them! What can I do?
The best way to be alerted immediately when your style/size is back in stock is by signing up in the "Email Me When Available" feature. When you select a size that is out-of-stock, the “Email me When Available” button will pop up automatically. Enter your email, and you will get a notification the minute the item is available.

Do you ship worldwide?
Yes! We ship to anywhere in the world that major shipping companies deliver.
Do you ship on weekends/holidays?
We do not ship out on weekends or US federal holidays. If you place an order on one of these days, your order will ship out on the next business day at the earliest.
How much does shipping cost?
It's on us for US orders! For international customers, it varies depending on the shipping method that you decide. The available shipping options with their rates will appear during check-out. For international customers, please note that any custom fees or VAT imposed by your country will be additional and are the responsibility of the customers. You will receive a bill from your country's customs office when the package arrives in your country and before the package can be delivered to you.
How long does shipping usually take?
If you're located in the US, you should be able to get your order within 1 week. For international orders, it typically takes 1-3 weeks to arrive. It all depends on your location and shipping choice.
How do I track my order?
You'll receive an email the minute your order is shipped with a tracking code. We'll also email you if there are any updates/changes to your order.
Common Shipping and Delivery Questions
I received an email stating that my order has been delivered, but I have not receive it.
First, please track your package online to see the latest information. Second, check with your neighbor, receptionist desk, or where your packages may have been dropped off at. Next, please contact the carrier (i.e. your local national post office, UPS, or DHL) to inform them that you have not received the package.
For international customers, please check the tracking number provided to you via email to see if your package has been held at customs. You may need to pay custom fees or VAT imposed by your country on imported goods before the package can be delivered to you.
I received a notification of failed delivery attempt of my order.
In the case of failed attempt of delivery, please contact the carrier (i.e. your local national post office, UPS, or DHL) and arrange for a re-delivery. They will be able to further assist you. Please note that many of them will automatically attempt another delivery the next business day. Please track the package online to see its progression.
What should I do if I did not receive my order?
If you have not received your order after 4 weeks, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. For international customers, please check the tracking code provided to you via email to see if your package has been held at customs. You may need to pay custom fees or VAT imposed by your country on imported goods before the package can be delivered to you.
Returns or Exchanges
Can I return or exchange my order?
We want you to love your shoes. If they don't fit great, we are happy to offer returns or exchanges under the following conditions.

For US customers, you may return new, unworn shoes in the original packaging and condition within 30 days of purchase for exchange or a full refund minus shipping fee. For international customers, you may return new, unworn shoes in the original packaging and condition for store credit or exchange only.
Please allow 2-3 weeks for them to be processed after you have sent the item back. We offer free standard domestic shipping to send the second pair to you, but do not cover the shipping back to our warehouse.
Please allow 2 weeks of processing after we receive the shoes back at our warehouse. International shipping fees and duties that may be imposed by your country are borne by customers.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Shoes must be in their original condition and packaging with no signs of wear.
Custom-Order Styles - The Annalise series, Layla and Mariposa are custom-orders and, therefore, are not refundable.
Please complete the Return Form enclosed in the package and return it with the shoes to ensure speedy processing. For exchanges, please indicate the new style and size you would like to exchange them to. Apologies, we do not cover the shipping cost back to us, unless we made a mistake on the first shipment. Please obtain a tracking service for the packages shipped back to us for your reference.
