Sizing Guidelines

Getting you the right fit is important to us. Bella Belle shoes come in US sizing. Each style's fit is listed on its product description section. If an item is stated as true to size, order your usual dress shoe size. If an item is larger than marked, please size down. If your feet are wide, we suggest going up half a size for comfort. The styles made from mesh are more flexible and can accommodate wider feet.

If something does not fit right, we will be happy to exchange the unworn shoes for a different size.

Based on many years of recommending sizing to our fabulous ladies, we usually do not recommend going by the shoe or foot measurements. First, everyone's method of measurement may be different, resulting in different results. Second, each shoe is made with different shoe last and silhouette, and will have different measurements based on the front part of the shoes.  Third, everyone's feet have different 'fullness' to them, so the same shoe may fit differently on different feet. We strongly recommend going by your usual dress shoe size, and refer to the size fitting recommendation on each product page. For our lovely international customers, please refer to the Size Chart on the first question above, or on each product page. 

If you are in between sizes or have wider feet, we would recommend going half a size up for comfort. You may wish to purchase heel liners for a perfect fit. Everyone's feet are as unique as our personalities, but there are ways to ensure you are happy with the fit. Getting you the right fit is very important to us. If something does not fit right, we will be happy to exchange the unworn shoes for a different size.

The shoes with mesh materials will have more give, and therefore, may accommodate wider feet. 

About The Shoes

For the outdoor and uneven terrain (garden, beach, backyard and etc), you'll want something that gives you stability. Opt for our comfortable wedding flats, jeweled wedding sandals or block heels

You can also wear high heels and low heels for an outdoor wedding. We recommend adding a heel stopper so you don't have to worry about sinking in grass. Bonus: add a shoe grip for extra friction! 

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Union Pay, Alipay, Wechat Pay, Paypal and Afterpay. 

It is ideal to order at least 1 month before your first dress fitting. This way you will have plenty of time for exchanges if needed. Further, you can relax and save yourself from waiting on the edge of your seat for the delivery the day before your fitting!

Yes! The 2 words that many of our stylish customers often use to describe our shoes are "Stunning" and "Comfortable". So yeah, we are pretty obsessed with comfort. Even would go as far as to say that our shoes are engineered for comfort. First, we put a lot of thought in our design process to create a style that is comfortable for you. Further, all of our styles have extra padding for all day comfort. Our mesh styles are also more comfortable for wide feet as the material has more give. Generally, our shoe size ranges from 5-10 US size. There are some styles that start at size 6 US, and some up to size 11 US. Unfortunately, we do not offer sizes below 5 or above 11 US. Please consult the product detail page for the sizes offered in the style you are interested in. When in doubt, please email us at contact@bellabelleshoes.com.

Unfortunately no. However, we do offer some styles in different heel heights. If you don’t see anything that you are looking for, please drop us an email to express interest. We love listening to your feedback and may offer your desired heel height if there is enough interest. :)

Out-of-stock Notice

The best way to be alerted immediately when your style/size is back in stock is by signing up in the "Email Me When Available" feature. When you select a size that is out-of-stock, the “Email me When Available” button will pop up automatically.  Enter your email, and you will get a notification the minute the item is available.

If you don't see your city/country in the list, don't worry, we're always working to get our shoes to a store near you. You could also alert your favorite store about us so they can considering carrying us in their stores.  

Shipping Options

Yes! We ship to anywhere in the world that major shipping companies deliver. International customers can shop our website in your local currency by selecting your country in the dropdown menu. The prices will reflect your local currency.

We do not ship out on weekends or US federal holidays. If you place an order on one of these days, your order will ship out on the next business day at the earliest.

We offer free standard shipping within the US. We offer free express shipping to international countries outside the US. Taxes & duties are reflected in the final price at checkout. Customers shipping to Turkey, the price at checkout does not include taxes and duties. Minimum spend may be required.

If you're located in the US, you should be able to receive your order within 3-7 business days via Free Standard Shipping after it ships.If you are located outside the US, you should be able to receive your order within 3-10 business days via Free Express Shipping after it ships.

You'll receive an email the minute your order is shipped with a tracking code. We'll also email you if there are any updates/changes to your order.

Common Shipping and Delivery Questions

First, please track your package online to see the latest information. Second, check with your neighbor, receptionist desk, or where your packages may have been dropped off at. Next, please contact the carrier (i.e. your local national post office, UPS, or DHL) to inform them that you have not received the package.

If your order contains 3 or more pairs, signature upon delivery is required.

For international customers, please check the tracking number provided to you via email to see if your package has been held at customs. You may need to pay custom fees or VAT imposed by your country on imported goods before the package can be delivered to you.

In the case of failed attempt of delivery, please contact the carrier (i.e. your local national post office, UPS, or DHL) and arrange for a re-delivery. They will be able to further assist you. Please note that many of them will automatically attempt another delivery the next business day. Please track the package online to see its progression.

For international customers, please check the tracking code provided to you via email to see if your package has been held at customs. You may need to pay custom fees or VAT imposed by your country on imported goods before the package can be delivered to you.

Bella Belle is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We do not issue refunds for orders that are lost in transit by the carrier or reported as stolen. However, we will help you work with the shipping carrier to locate your package and find a solution. Lost or stolen packages should be reported to us within 3 days of the reported delivery date. 

If your package shows as delivered, we recommend that you wait 24-48 hours to see if your package gets delivered after the confirmation email is sent. The shipping carrier may sometimes mark the package as delivered a little earlier than it actually arrives. We also recommend checking with your neighbors in case your package was delivered to them by accident or your neighbors picked up your package by accident.  

After 48 hours of confirmed missing delivery, please call your local customer service number for the shipping carrier who delivered your package and tell them that you have a lost package. You will be assigned a case number while the shipping carrier investigates. It may take a few weeks for them to follow up with you on their findings. In the meantime, please email the case number and details about your missing package to us at contact@bellabelleshoes.com and we will do our best to help. 

Return or Exchanges

Items offered at 30% or more discount off the original retail price are final sale and eligible for exchange or store credit only.

Sample sale items are FINAL SALE and not eligible for exchange or returns. 

We want you to love your shoes. If they don't fit great, we are happy to offer returns or exchanges under the following conditions.

Returns:

You may return new, unworn shoes in the original packaging and condition within 30 days of purchase for exchange or a full refund minus shipping fee.

Exchanges:

US Customers:

Please allow 2-3 weeks for them to be processed after you have sent the item back. We offer free standard domestic shipping to send the second pair to you, but do not cover the shipping back to our warehouse.

International Customers:

Please allow 2 weeks of processing after we receive the shoes back at our warehouse. International shipping fees and duties that may be imposed by your country are borne by customers.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Shoes must be in their original condition and packaging with no signs of wear.

Please complete the Return Form enclosed in the package and return it with the shoes to ensure speedy processing. For exchanges, please indicate the new style and size you would like to exchange them to. Apologies, we do not cover the shipping cost back to us, unless we made a mistake on the first shipment. Please obtain a tracking service for the packages shipped back to us for your reference.

If it fits big:

Can you fit more than 1 finger? If yes, exchange to a smaller size.

Can you fit more than 1 finger? If no, add a heel liner or heel pad

Note: You don't want your shoes to fit too snugly because your feet will swell by the end of the night.

If it fits tight:

Try again in the evening. If it feels tighter, exchange to a bigger size.

If it feels the same, wear thick socks to stretch the shoes.

If the slingback keeps sliding down: 

Add a heel liner at the toe area.

Please email contact@bellabelleshoes.com to learn about the international return fee. We only charge you what the shipping company charges us. Prepaid duties and taxes are collected by your local customs authority and are therefore non-refundable. As only the recipient of an order can claim these fees back, please contact your local customs office directly with copies of the return(s) paperwork.

Bella Belle Shoes is only available to purchase from www.bellabelleshoes.com and Bella Belle Shoes authorized retailers. Buyers should be aware of any Bella Belle Shoes that are sold from other unauthorized channels. 

Please be assured that we will never ask you for personal information in an unsolicited email, text message, social media message or telephone call. If you receive an unsolicited communication that is purporting to be from Bella Belle Shoes, please do not engage. Please report them to us at contact@bellabelleshoes.com


We encourage you to report all counterfeits, frauds and scams to the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) here. You should also contact local authorities or the FBI if you feel you’ve been a victim of internet fraud or another internet crime.
