Finding Your Perfect Fit
Getting the right fit is important to us. Here’s how to choose with confidence and find the best fit and comfort for your feet.
1. Start with your usual dress-shoe size
- Check each product page for Fit Notes recommendation (e.g., “true to size,” “runs small,” “runs big”).
- True to size: order your usual size.
- Runs small: go ½ size up.
- Runs big: go ½ size down.
2. Consider your foot width & shape
- Wide feet: Open-toe or peep-toe styles offer more room. Mesh closed-toe options stretch gently. Also consider going up half a size.
- Narrow feet: Closed-toe pumps and slingbacks with ankle straps offer a snug, secure fit. With open-toe styles, try half a size down for better hold.
- Bunion-friendly: open or peep-toe styles, a higher side vamp that provides coverage above the bunion to reduce friction and pressure on that area, or mesh pumps that stretch for extra comfort.
3. If you’re between sizes
- Choose the large size for comfort and extra room for expansion.
- Add a heel liner or pad for a more secure and snug fit, if needed.
Why We Don’t Recommend Foot Measurements

- Each shoe style has a unique shape and toe silhouette.
- Every foot has its own fullness, where the same length can feel different on two feet.
That’s why we recommend using your usual dress-shoe size and checking the Fit Notes on each product page for the best guidance.
Try-On Tips
- Try the shoes indoors on a clean carpet to keep soles pristine.
- Recheck the fit in the evening, when your feet have swollen slightly. If it fits tight, you can exchange for a bigger size. If it fits well without pinching then we suggest keeping the size.
- If the slingback slides down, place a heel liner near the toe for a more secure and snug fit.
- Mesh styles will stretch with wear; leather will soften more gradually.

Very comfortable shoe! I purchased these for my wedding after trying on a pair at my local bridal salon and fell in love! They were so comfy and truly are 12hr comfort, as I didn’t even think about taking them off until around the 12hr mark! (And I am not good with heels at all!). I wore them for both my bridal shower and wedding. The only thing I wasn’t a huge fan of was that the shoe didn’t feel super secure at first as it does up with the satin bow- however, after trying a few different variations of tying the shoes, I found one that worked and it felt great all night!

Very uncomfy, fit was off in so many ways! While I feel sizing up from my typical size could provide some relief in the toe area and maybe more support through the foot, my foot was already sliding around in the shoe in my typical size! Really just an odd fitting shoe.

They mailed me back these never worn shoes and refused to refund me cause it had been over 30 days. What a waste of transportation resources for a petty point. Never heard of a company doing that.

Please note that your order was well past our 30-day return policy. Your order was delivered to you on November 28th, 2022 and was due back to our facility by December 28th, 2022 at the latest. However, we received your shoes in late March 2023. Per our return policy, we must receive the shoes back within 30 days from the date they were delivered to you to be eligible for a return. Out of fairness to all of our customers, we are firm on our policy. We hope you can understand and respect our policies on this.
