Finding Your Perfect Fit
Getting the right fit is important to us. Here’s how to choose with confidence and find the best fit and comfort for your feet.
1. Start with your usual dress-shoe size
- Check each product page for Fit Notes recommendation (e.g., “true to size,” “runs small,” “runs big”).
- True to size: order your usual size.
- Runs small: go ½ size up.
- Runs big: go ½ size down.
2. Consider your foot width & shape
- Wide feet: Open-toe or peep-toe styles offer more room. Mesh closed-toe options stretch gently. Also consider going up half a size.
- Narrow feet: Closed-toe pumps and slingbacks with ankle straps offer a snug, secure fit. With open-toe styles, try half a size down for better hold.
- Bunion-friendly: open or peep-toe styles, a higher side vamp that provides coverage above the bunion to reduce friction and pressure on that area, or mesh pumps that stretch for extra comfort.
3. If you’re between sizes
- Choose the large size for comfort and extra room for expansion.
- Add a heel liner or pad for a more secure and snug fit, if needed.

That’s why we recommend using your usual dress-shoe size and checking the Fit Notes on each product page for the best guidance.
Try-On Tips
- Try the shoes indoors on a clean carpet to keep soles pristine.
- Recheck the fit in the evening, when your feet have swollen slightly. If it fits tight, you can exchange for a bigger size. If it fits well without pinching then we suggest keeping the size.
- If the slingback slides down, place a heel liner near the toe for a more secure and snug fit.
- Mesh styles will stretch with wear; leather will soften more gradually.

They are very comfy and excited my feet won’t be hurting on wedding day! Defiantly order 1/2 size down they would’ve been to big I’m always a 71/2 but went down to a 7 and trusted other reviews and they were right!

I don't have enough words to describe these shoes! I fell in love with them as soon as I tried them on and I knew that these were the ones. I have very thin feet so its difficult to find the perfect shoes, but it was as if they were made for me. I did have to size down half a size than my usual shoe size as it states to do on the description. I was a little skeptical at first as I wasn't sure it would be pain free for 12 hours as I typically don't wear heels, but let me tell you, I did not feel a thing. I was constantly complimented throughout the day and will hopefully buy more pairs in the future.

The elastic heel straps make these shoes feel secure without being tight or pinching. My only complaint is the wider part of front of the shoe is a little too tight and not flexible. Hurts a little but not enough to return

I wore these shoes for my engagement photos. We ran across the street and in grass and these were so comfortable! I did size half a size down, I normally am a 7.5 in heels but I bought a size 7 and they are perfect!
