Getting the right fit is important to us. Here’s how to choose with confidence and find the best fit and comfort for your feet.
1. Start with your usual dress-shoe size
- Check each product page for Fit Notes recommendation (e.g., “true to size,” “runs small,” “runs big”).
- True to size: order your usual size.
- Runs small: go ½ size up.
- Runs big: go ½ size down.
2. Consider your foot width & shape
- Wide feet: Open-toe or peep-toe styles offer more room. Mesh closed-toe options stretch gently. Also consider going up half a size.
- Narrow feet: Closed-toe pumps and slingbacks with ankle straps offer a snug, secure fit. With open-toe styles, try half a size down for better hold.
- Bunion-friendly: open or peep-toe styles, a higher side vamp that provides coverage above the bunion to reduce friction and pressure on that area, or mesh pumps that stretch for extra comfort.
3. If you’re between sizes
- Choose the large size for comfort and extra room for expansion.
- Add a heel liner or pad for a more secure and snug fit, if needed.

Try-On Tips
- Try the shoes indoors on a clean carpet to keep soles pristine.
- Recheck the fit in the evening, when your feet have swollen slightly. If it fits tight, you can exchange for a bigger size. If it fits well without pinching then we suggest keeping the size.
- If the slingback slides down, place a heel liner near the toe for a more secure and snug fit.
- Mesh styles will stretch with wear; leather will soften more gradually.

The shoes are phenomenal - I searched far and wide to find a shoe that’s both aesthetically beautiful, while having a high heel, and also absolutely comfortable to wear!
My husband is 180 cm, while I’m 160cm. Hence, I needed a shoe with a high heel for our wedding day that would help me during our dancing performance as well. In those shoes, you can be on 12 cm heels the whole day and they are very comfortable to wear. Highly recommend!!! I’m so blessed that I found those shoes. I even bought 2 pairs.
The only one drawback is that because they are made of satin material - if you get a scratch on them or mark or drown them in a puddle, it will be there, hence those can become a one day wear shoe in the new condition.

They’re very pretty and stable. They’re a bit heavy. But the seam on the inner side of each shoe is quite visible and crudely finished. I initially thought it was just that shoe, but it’s on both shoes. Not great, especially at that price tag.

I absolutely love these shoes - they're beautiful, high quality and very comfortable. Since I'm used to wearing high heels, I didn't have any issues dancing or walking in them. However, I would only recommend them to someone who is also comfortable wearing heels of this height. Recieved many compliments wearing them!

I ADORE these heels! Your 5'0 friend here needed some added length for the wedding dress and these heels worked wonders, tastefully so. The ivory silk is timeless and romantic. I've been breaking them in around the house and they're super comfy and surprisingly easy to walk in! My fiance thinks they're TASTEFULLY sexy as well. The perfect balance of platform and elegance. I typically am between size 6.5 and 7 so I bought one of each. I felt that my foot slid around a little in the 7 so I returned it and stuck with the 6.5. I was nervous because there are strict return rules so I was very careful and cleanly in trying on the shoes I planned to return. No issues with return acceptance. Caution - if you have large calves the ankle strap is relatively short and unforgiving.
