How To Care: Be sure to remove the plastic liner. Before you wear them out, break the shoes in by wearing them inside. This will allow for the shoes to mold to the shape of your foot for the best fit. While wearing, avoid walking on wet surfaces as this may cause water damage to the sole.

Finding Your Perfect Fit

Getting the right fit is important to us. Here’s how to choose with confidence and find the best fit and comfort for your feet.

1. Start with your usual dress-shoe size

Check each product page for Fit Notes recommendation (e.g., “true to size,” “runs small,” “runs big”).
True to size: order your usual size.
Runs small: go ½ size up.
Runs big: go ½ size down.

2. Consider your foot width & shape

Wide feet: Open-toe or peep-toe styles offer more room. Mesh closed-toe options stretch gently. Also consider going up half a size.
Narrow feet: Closed-toe pumps and slingbacks with ankle straps offer a snug, secure fit. With open-toe styles, try half a size down for better hold.
Bunion-friendly: open or peep-toe styles, a higher side vamp that provides coverage above the bunion to reduce friction and pressure on that area, or mesh pumps that stretch for extra comfort.

3. If you’re between sizes

Choose the large size for comfort and extra room for expansion.
Add a heel liner or pad for a more secure and snug fit, if needed.

Why We Don’t Recommend Foot Measurements

We’ve helped thousands of brides find their perfect fit, and we’ve learned that measuring your foot isn’t always accurate.

Measurement methods differ between people.
Each shoe style has a unique shape and toe silhouette.
Every foot has its own fullness, where the same length can feel different on two feet.

That’s why we recommend using your usual dress-shoe size and checking the Fit Notes on each product page for the best guidance.

Try-On Tips

Try the shoes indoors on a clean carpet to keep soles pristine.
Recheck the fit in the evening, when your feet have swollen slightly. If it fits tight, you can exchange for a bigger size. If it fits well without pinching then we suggest keeping the size.
If the slingback slides down, place a heel liner near the toe for a more secure and snug fit.
Mesh styles will stretch with wear; leather will soften more gradually.

Fantastic shoes !!!
Even though Serafina (5 inch) is my favourite model, which I used for the Wedding, those are also beautiful and comfortable, while having 4 inch heel in them. Used them for the Pre-Wedding dinner.

I looked far and wide
I looked far and wide for the perfect shoes for my wedding. When I came across Lola I hesitated… for the price point I could buy 4 pairs of shoes… but a few days went by and I kept looking at them everyday so I just clicked add to cart. The shipping was fast. Unboxed and it was love at first sight! They were a perfect Cinderella fit and SO comfy. I love platform heels and am very happy with this purchase. Can’t wait to wear them. I am normally a size 9 in all shoes and ordered an 8. 5 and it fit like a literal glove.

Do not buy
Sorry but these are sooo uncomfortable at the front. They do not pass the 12 hours comfort challenge. They are painful in the first hour. So so disappointed bc i really relied and only packed this for my wedding day. I had to wear socks to move around. If i could return i would. I have lost faith in this brand
