Finding Your Perfect Fit

Getting the right fit is important to us. Here’s how to choose with confidence and find the best fit and comfort for your feet.

1. Start with your usual dress-shoe size

Check each product page for Fit Notes recommendation (e.g., “true to size,” “runs small,” “runs big”).
True to size: order your usual size.
Runs small: go ½ size up.
Runs big: go ½ size down.

2. Consider your foot width & shape

Wide feet: Open-toe or peep-toe styles offer more room. Mesh closed-toe options stretch gently. Also consider going up half a size.
Narrow feet: Closed-toe pumps and slingbacks with ankle straps offer a snug, secure fit. With open-toe styles, try half a size down for better hold.
Bunion-friendly: open or peep-toe styles, a higher side vamp that provides coverage above the bunion to reduce friction and pressure on that area, or mesh pumps that stretch for extra comfort.

3. If you’re between sizes

Choose the large size for comfort and extra room for expansion.
Add a heel liner or pad for a more secure and snug fit, if needed.

Why We Don’t Recommend Foot Measurements

We’ve helped thousands of brides find their perfect fit, and we’ve learned that measuring your foot isn’t always accurate.

Measurement methods differ between people.
Each shoe style has a unique shape and toe silhouette.
Every foot has its own fullness, where the same length can feel different on two feet.

That’s why we recommend using your usual dress-shoe size and checking the Fit Notes on each product page for the best guidance.

Try-On Tips

Try the shoes indoors on a clean carpet to keep soles pristine.
Recheck the fit in the evening, when your feet have swollen slightly. If it fits tight, you can exchange for a bigger size. If it fits well without pinching then we suggest keeping the size.
If the slingback slides down, place a heel liner near the toe for a more secure and snug fit.
Mesh styles will stretch with wear; leather will soften more gradually.

Painful Experience on My Wedding Day
I bought these shoes for my wedding after doing extensive research online. While they looked lovely at first, I waited to write a review until I actually wore them and unfortunately, it was a terrible experience.
I wore them for my civil marriage ceremony, which was a simple day with no dancing ; just a car ride, some standing, and dinner. Still, I had to take them off halfway through the day because the pain was unbearable. I ended up walking barefoot in my wedding dress, which was incredibly embarrassing.
I normally wear a size 43 and ordered a 44, but they were still painfully tight at the front. Worse than the sizing issue, the lace material rubbed against my skin and caused serious discomfort and peeling.
Now I need to find a completely new pair of shoes for my actual wedding party, because there’s absolutely no way I can wear these again. It's heartbreaking to see €400 go to waste. This brand unfortunately did not live up to its promises.
I really hope the company offers a solution.

The fit of these heels
The fit of these heels just didn’t work for me. They’re gorgeous but they were always a little too big no matter what I tried so I had to return them and try a different shoe.
