Finding Your Perfect Fit
Getting the right fit is important to us. Here’s how to choose with confidence and find the best fit and comfort for your feet.
1. Start with your usual dress-shoe size
- Check each product page for Fit Notes recommendation (e.g., “true to size,” “runs small,” “runs big”).
- True to size: order your usual size.
- Runs small: go ½ size up.
- Runs big: go ½ size down.
2. Consider your foot width & shape
- Wide feet: Open-toe or peep-toe styles offer more room. Mesh closed-toe options stretch gently. Also consider going up half a size.
- Narrow feet: Closed-toe pumps and slingbacks with ankle straps offer a snug, secure fit. With open-toe styles, try half a size down for better hold.
- Bunion-friendly: open or peep-toe styles, a higher side vamp that provides coverage above the bunion to reduce friction and pressure on that area, or mesh pumps that stretch for extra comfort.
3. If you’re between sizes
- Choose the large size for comfort and extra room for expansion.
- Add a heel liner or pad for a more secure and snug fit, if needed.
Why We Don’t Recommend Foot Measurements

- Each shoe style has a unique shape and toe silhouette.
- Every foot has its own fullness, where the same length can feel different on two feet.
That’s why we recommend using your usual dress-shoe size and checking the Fit Notes on each product page for the best guidance.
Try-On Tips
- Try the shoes indoors on a clean carpet to keep soles pristine.
- Recheck the fit in the evening, when your feet have swollen slightly. If it fits tight, you can exchange for a bigger size. If it fits well without pinching then we suggest keeping the size.
- If the slingback slides down, place a heel liner near the toe for a more secure and snug fit.
- Mesh styles will stretch with wear; leather will soften more gradually.

Just as gorgeous in person as online! I got so many compliments and absolutely loved these shoes. I personally didn't find them to be significantly more comfortable than other heels I own, but they definitely were great to wear all night dancing! As recommended by Bella Belle, I added the sole protector and used Jason Markk shoe protector!

I ordered a 6.5 since website indicated to order a half size down. I was able to secure a size 7 through Anthropologie. The 6.5 was too short and snug but the 7 fit perfectly! The open shoe allowed for a more comfortable fit for my slightly wide foot. The blue color is more subtle in person and absolutely perfect! Cannot wait to wear these on my wedding!
FYI: I wear a standard 7 in almost every shoe I have purchased in the past 4-5 years. My foot is just slightly wider than average but I can always purchase and wear regular shoes.

In terms of the shoe style you tried on, this style is a platform shoe with a 5 inch heel height and 1 inch platform so it can feel a little heavy to some. Fit and silhouette are so important to find the best fit for comfort. Everyone’s foot is different so styles fit everyone differently. Depending on someone’s foot shape, arch, width, different styles and silhouette fit very differently.
In regards to our return policy, we are a small company and unfortunately cannot offer free returns at this time. We hope to one day in the future, but can't at this time. Per our return policy, all customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. We offer free shipping to you, but not back to us.
