Finding Your Perfect Fit
Getting the right fit is important to us. Here’s how to choose with confidence and find the best fit and comfort for your feet.
1. Start with your usual dress-shoe size
- Check each product page for Fit Notes recommendation (e.g., “true to size,” “runs small,” “runs big”).
- True to size: order your usual size.
- Runs small: go ½ size up.
- Runs big: go ½ size down.
2. Consider your foot width & shape
- Wide feet: Open-toe or peep-toe styles offer more room. Mesh closed-toe options stretch gently. Also consider going up half a size.
- Narrow feet: Closed-toe pumps and slingbacks with ankle straps offer a snug, secure fit. With open-toe styles, try half a size down for better hold.
- Bunion-friendly: open or peep-toe styles, a higher side vamp that provides coverage above the bunion to reduce friction and pressure on that area, or mesh pumps that stretch for extra comfort.
3. If you’re between sizes
- Choose the large size for comfort and extra room for expansion.
- Add a heel liner or pad for a more secure and snug fit, if needed.
Why We Don’t Recommend Foot Measurements

- Every foot has its own fullness, where the same length can feel different on two feet.
That’s why we recommend using your usual dress-shoe size and checking the Fit Notes on each product page for the best guidance.
Try-On Tips
- Try the shoes indoors on a clean carpet to keep soles pristine.
- Recheck the fit in the evening, when your feet have swollen slightly. If it fits tight, you can exchange for a bigger size. If it fits well without pinching then we suggest keeping the size.
- If the slingback slides down, place a heel liner near the toe for a more secure and snug fit.
- Mesh styles will stretch with wear; leather will soften more gradually.

Insanely comfortable and GORGEOUS shoe. Wore them for 10+ hours and barely knew they were on my feet! Only downside is that these are NOT TULLE FRIENDLY. My dress had many layers which helped but they were constantly snagging on my tulle.
Bella Belle Shoes4 months agoHi Sarah! If the prongs on your shoes are catching on the tulle fabric, this is an easy fix. They were great! I wore them all night from 1:30-11:00 pm. I absolutely loved the pointed toe that also came with an adjustable strap! The heel height was perfect for me (not short and not tall) and the delicate vine detail really complimented all the other greenery and vines at our venue:u1F90D: The soft pearl hue on the heel was the cherry on top for me✨
