Getting the right fit is important to us. Here’s how to choose with confidence and find the best fit and comfort for your feet.
1. Start with your usual dress-shoe size
- Check each product page for Fit Notes recommendation (e.g., “true to size,” “runs small,” “runs big”).
- True to size: order your usual size.
- Runs small: go ½ size up.
- Runs big: go ½ size down.
2. Consider your foot width & shape
- Wide feet: Open-toe or peep-toe styles offer more room. Mesh closed-toe options stretch gently. Also consider going up half a size.
- Narrow feet: Closed-toe pumps and slingbacks with ankle straps offer a snug, secure fit. With open-toe styles, try half a size down for better hold.
- Bunion-friendly: open or peep-toe styles, a higher side vamp that provides coverage above the bunion to reduce friction and pressure on that area, or mesh pumps that stretch for extra comfort.
3. If you’re between sizes
- Choose the large size for comfort and extra room for expansion.
- Add a heel liner or pad for a more secure and snug fit, if needed.

Try-On Tips
- Try the shoes indoors on a clean carpet to keep soles pristine.
- Recheck the fit in the evening, when your feet have swollen slightly. If it fits tight, you can exchange for a bigger size. If it fits well without pinching then we suggest keeping the size.
- If the slingback slides down, place a heel liner near the toe for a more secure and snug fit.
- Mesh styles will stretch with wear; leather will soften more gradually.

The shoes were absolutely beautiful! 😍 I love the crystal detailing and bows. The more sparkle the better! They were also so, so comfy! I wear a lot of high heels at my office and I know to always bring a change of shoes for going out but I wore these all day and night! Danced the night away! 💃 Also, a big thank you to Brittany on your customer service team! I ordered several pairs before deciding on Karissa that she recommend! I'm wearing a simple dress so I knew I wanted something special for my heel, and Karissa really stood out to me! I love the crystal straps and bow, it's sooooo pretty!! I had to exchange my size and was nervous from some reviews regarding their strict policy and it was so easy! I found this tip and it was really helpful - try the shoes on clean carpet with clean feet only. I really think that helped with the exchange process because I got my exchange size without any issue after that. Their customer service team was so helpful in answering my questions when I had questions about my exchange status. A wonderful shopping experience
