Finding Your Perfect Fit

Getting the right fit is important to us. Here’s how to choose with confidence and find the best fit and comfort for your feet.

1. Start with your usual dress-shoe size

Check each product page for Fit Notes recommendation (e.g., “true to size,” “runs small,” “runs big”).
True to size: order your usual size.
Runs small: go ½ size up.
Runs big: go ½ size down.

2. Consider your foot width & shape

Wide feet: Open-toe or peep-toe styles offer more room. Mesh closed-toe options stretch gently. Also consider going up half a size.
Narrow feet: Closed-toe pumps and slingbacks with ankle straps offer a snug, secure fit. With open-toe styles, try half a size down for better hold.
Bunion-friendly: open or peep-toe styles, a higher side vamp that provides coverage above the bunion to reduce friction and pressure on that area, or mesh pumps that stretch for extra comfort.

3. If you’re between sizes

Choose the large size for comfort and extra room for expansion.
Add a heel liner or pad for a more secure and snug fit, if needed.

Why We Don’t Recommend Foot Measurements

We’ve helped thousands of brides find their perfect fit, and we’ve learned that measuring your foot isn’t always accurate.

Measurement methods differ between people.
Each shoe style has a unique shape and toe silhouette.
Every foot has its own fullness, where the same length can feel different on two feet.

That’s why we recommend using your usual dress-shoe size and checking the Fit Notes on each product page for the best guidance.

Try-On Tips

Try the shoes indoors on a clean carpet to keep soles pristine.
Recheck the fit in the evening, when your feet have swollen slightly. If it fits tight, you can exchange for a bigger size. If it fits well without pinching then we suggest keeping the size.
If the slingback slides down, place a heel liner near the toe for a more secure and snug fit.
Mesh styles will stretch with wear; leather will soften more gradually.

Matilda was way better than
Matilda was way better than pictures, the polka dot tulle looks really sophisticated and silky part make it elegant, such a dreamy shoes, unfortunately it’s really small (wouldn’t recommend for wide feet even if you sized up) had to return for size but otherwise GORGEOUS

Sizing inconsistent
Purchased both the size 6 and the size 5. 5. The 6 was slightly too big and slips off my back heel when I walk and the size 5. 5 was extremely tight, pinching the back heel painfully. I’m usually a size 5. 5 in heels but this 5. 5 felt like a 5. Unfortunately I purchased the 5. 5 when it was on final sale so no returns. Otherwise, the look of the heels are beautiful but sadly, I can’t wear either size!

Until now, I was never
Until now, I was never able to wear a pair of 10 cm heels that I could keep on for more than half an hour. All I can say is, don’t hesitate in your choice, and enjoy the beauty and comfort of these shoes.
