Finding Your Perfect Fit
Getting the right fit is important to us. Here’s how to choose with confidence and find the best fit and comfort for your feet.
1. Start with your usual dress-shoe size
- Check each product page for Fit Notes recommendation (e.g., “true to size,” “runs small,” “runs big”).
- True to size: order your usual size.
- Runs small: go ½ size up.
- Runs big: go ½ size down.
2. Consider your foot width & shape
- Wide feet: Open-toe or peep-toe styles offer more room. Mesh closed-toe options stretch gently. Also consider going up half a size.
- Narrow feet: Closed-toe pumps and slingbacks with ankle straps offer a snug, secure fit. With open-toe styles, try half a size down for better hold.
- Bunion-friendly: open or peep-toe styles, a higher side vamp that provides coverage above the bunion to reduce friction and pressure on that area, or mesh pumps that stretch for extra comfort.
3. If you’re between sizes
- Choose the large size for comfort and extra room for expansion.
- Add a heel liner or pad for a more secure and snug fit, if needed.
Why We Don’t Recommend Foot Measurements

- Measurement methods differ between people.
- Each shoe style has a unique shape and toe silhouette.
- Every foot has its own fullness, where the same length can feel different on two feet.
That’s why we recommend using your usual dress-shoe size and checking the Fit Notes on each product page for the best guidance.
Try-On Tips
- Try the shoes indoors on a clean carpet to keep soles pristine.
- Recheck the fit in the evening, when your feet have swollen slightly. If it fits tight, you can exchange for a bigger size. If it fits well without pinching then we suggest keeping the size.
- If the slingback slides down, place a heel liner near the toe for a more secure and snug fit.
- Mesh styles will stretch with wear; leather will soften more gradually.

I opted for the more glam Weslyn for the wedding ceremony and the more demure and secure Sienna for the reception. Both shoes were INCREDIBLY COMFORTABLE! I am by no means a “heels” person but I was able to walk down the aisle, strut around downtown Vancouver, and dance the night away with these beauties! Got so many compliments too! Would definitely recommend!

These heels are GORGEOUS. When I first unboxed them, I swear I was blinded by their sparkle omg. I actually felt so confident walking in them- they're actually just as comfortable on cobblestone as they are on flat surfaces. It was so hard finding something that fit my vision but I'm so glad I stumbled across these beauties! I need like 10 more now lol
